failed to execute script brain_tumor_3d

Thanks for your great work but I'm stuck halfway wondering if you could help me out.
I'm in Windows 10 using conda. After successfully run with python and start the program, I found trouble running prebuilt executables. It keeps giving me fatal error: failed to execute script brain_tumor_3d. What could possibly cause this problem?
