Gemini Request Permission Behavior

Gemini CLI does not seem to follow the ACP spec for request permission. It sends content like:

the kinds are integers, and not unique and dont match PermissionOptionKind.

for zed are you just hardwiring keystroke and icon behavior to these alternative constants?

I've encountered an issue: after installing the Gemini CLI on Ubuntu, I cannot open Google Chrome. The browser displays an error stating the website cannot be accessed. This issue also occurs on Windows systems. Could this be a network problem? I consulted an AI, which suggested it might indeed be a network issue. API login attempts fail repeatedly after entering 'gemini'. How do I return to the initial login interface?

How are you viewing these? I am getting the correct permission request via an ACP integration

I am invoking a tool on an SSE MCP on Mac OS using Gemini CLI.

Also a challenge is that the name of the tool, while listed in the permission options, is not really listed or available outside of that particular permission. In this case, the MCP server is named developerForZ, and the tool is called listEditors and the input is {}

Hmm I don't see how this is the case? looking at the code at least: https://github.com/zed-industries/gemini-cli/blob/ce1fce88ab5ebffa39e15ff0c1ac7126e528bd8d/packages/cli/src/zed-integration/zedIntegration.ts#L916-L967

Otherwise we wouldn't be showing the buttons?
