"--mysql_host" in sysbench #552

Can you help me find the cause of the following situation? grateful!
Sysbench tests mysql on centos with native testing:
The 1st case: specify ”mysql_host“ as 127.0.0.1
The 2nd case: not specified “mysql_host”
2nd has twice as many QPS tests as 1st
