[FR] AI task list deviation blocking/warning

1. stream computer usage (screenshot / second etc) to GPT-vision (or honestly a higher perf CV approach right now) to 2. summarize screen contents into "what is going on"
2. match against task list to see whether or not the user is working on the tasks
3. block/warn triggers a modal/block depending on ease of MVP implementation
