Add an update option to upload/download feature

Is there anything in the Sweech HTTP API that would let you download missing and updated files (similar to --keep)? This would allow a repository of files on a server to be updated as needed, and updates to be pushed out to devices without pushing the whole repository every time.

I've investigated this kind of feature. My main concern is that it requires that both devices have a correctly configured date and time. If one of them is off, some date comparisons might lead to files being replaced erroneously.

I could maybe add a check to ensure that both devices are in sync before proceeding to the update
