Resolved, it is not compatible with Gimp 3.0 as of yet. I have read other post and tried the suggestions with no luck. I receive the error for wrong folder when adding the plugin. I checked the folder location for confirmation of correct folder. Still no luck. I even tried adding files from the zip folder in scripts and still a no go. Gimp 3. It is the wrong lib error I receive.
