In terms what I personally think would be the biggest “quality of life” upgrade for a project like the CCS assessment mentioned in the thesis, where we have around 1700 MBES survey lines to explore, would be additional batch functions, similar to the one for the stacked view screenshots. Being able to process every line over night with the current batch export (with the “keep processed data” option selected) was such a valuable function to have, so being able to do that for the gridding specifically would be absolute gold! So for example, a batch gridding function that would take a full folder of data, loads one line, grids that line to the selected parameters, creates a mosaic of the line, exports the GeoTIFF, and then unloads and moves on to the next line, etc. Finally perhaps a full mosaic could be exported for the full data set as well? Although I would deem the final suggestion as less important.
