Accept or/and/not as fully written operators

Accept orfor |, and for &, and not for !.
Perhaps the parser becomes more difficult, but the fully written operators look far more readable, especially for Ada programmers

The only issue here would be that those could also be crate names. Admittedly not good names, but still...

These could be selectively enabled, and forbidden in Alire, though.
