[Request] Support for 64bit PVKII (Pirates Vikings & Knights II)

Pirates Vikings & Knights II version 1.0 have now both 32bit and 64bit SRCDS.

On 32bit SRCDS (Windows), MM:S seems working

Hm, probably needs patches in https://github.com/alliedmodders/hl2sdk/tree/pvkii and https://github.com/alliedmodders/hl2sdk-manifests then a rebuild here.

Seems like one of the Pirates, Vikings and Knights II devs did the original support - might just be a case of getting the hl2sdk branch working with 64-bit though seeing as 32-bit still seems to work.
