Add the ability to:

• Make the "open example in new tab" link optional
• Add a tag to the example

Why

For the rebrand work, we'd like to display some examples without encouraging users to examine the code, and tag them as different in some way from the normal examples.

This could be generically applied to future work in a similar vein.
