Error : 'createElement' Is not a function

Hi, So I'm getting this issue suddenly with v1.3.4.
I have seen the issues on here and they are related to v1.2.X, and the fix was applied by the creator, so there was no way I could try and fix it. Did a full reinstall, but nothing changed.

reverted to 1.2.17 for now and that works.

Seems to be something tied with that version, I stuck with 1.3.1 for a while, you can use that one, I am looking forward to a 1.3.4 release for the mobile touch fix,
Edit: Nvm 1.2.2 is the one version I found that mobile touch works

Just checked, no still, you can't drag and drop with touch screen in 1.3.5, same issues as before, first touch move works and after that stops workin
