ERROR in ./plugins/plugins.js Module not found: Error: Can't resolve '~/vue-select-picker-bootstrap' in '\multizai-vue\plugins'

I have tried to install 
npm i vue-select-picker-bootstrap but every time getting error.  The error is "ERROR in ./plugins/plugins.js Module not found: Error: Can't resolve '~/vue-select-picker-bootstrap' in '\multizai-vue\plugins'"

I also tried to add inside my page locally. Unfortunately local import or global import nothing is working for me. Please help!
