IIO Attribute Updater

Is it possible to add to IIO Attribute Updater the option "Update on value change"?
I tried IIO Attribute Updater with update interval less than 200 ms and it seems that gnuradio stuck.
Working values starting from 1000 ms. But when using such big value with QT interface, it's not usable, due to 1 sec update lag.
