Context

pydpf-core can automatically launch a server within a docker container if certain environment variables are set. Support so far has been limited to linux-based docker containers. This intent of this PR is adding support for windows-based containers.

Action items (WIP)

• Publish windows containers to ghcr. Being handled by @PProfizi on ansys-dpf/dpf-standalone#792.
• Adapt relevant parts of the source code for windows containers support.
• Create CI/CD pipelines for testing against windows containers.
