Typos in README.md

The README.md file has a few extra whitespaces between full stops and question marks and is missing some full stops too.

For the purpose of Hacktoberfest won't be entertaining any small readme updates but if you add more values to what you can improve the documentation (for hacktoberfest) I will assign it to you have a great day
