"Create Process Definition Error" while saving Workflows

Hi,

When I save a workflow, it gives a pop-up stating the error "Create Process Definition Error". Logs on API server show that

Previously it allowed to me to save and update workflows. Now any new workflows creations are failing, cannot update older workflows as well.

Can anyone help suggesting why this is happening?
