Integration with Grafana for monitoring and troubleshooting the cluster performance #748
Description
As a user I want to use Grafana, so that I can monitor and troubleshoot the cluster performance.
Acceptance criteria:
- "Grafana" link should be on cluster name popup
- If user clicks on "Grafana" link the window of Grafana metrics dashboard will be opened in new tab
