Implement job status tracker on DataLab Web UI #749
Description
As a user I want to know job status (completed/failed) in case of instance stops/terminates by scheduler.
Acceptance criteria:
- Failed status is conveyed on DataLab ui if job status is failed
- Completed status is conveyed on DataLab ui if job status is successful
