help statement for loading trees

Trees must be newick and end in .phy to load. The help statement only says "newick". Please add "must end with .phy"

FYI. The version of Arbor that we will roll over to after the NSF briefing accepts .phy, .nwk, .newick, .tree, etc so we should update the documentation right afterwards or prepare to update it again after we switch over.
