problem with dropzone on ancestral-state app using new Arbor (Nov. 2016)

I just added the Web apps to the girder-based Arbor instance. The ancestral-state dropzone for datasets is no longer active. For example, a dropped tree just displays as text in the browser. The other easy-mode app, phylogenetic-signal has other errors, too. If we can address the Flow-internal model issues to restore dropping, I can reflect these changes into other apps.
