We recommend assembling the entire sensor kit in the workshop, including charging of the batteries. Once all the nodes are working in the workshop, the kit can be packed up in a box be transported to the site where the measurements are going to take place. Since the gateway is battery operated, it can be transported in operational condition.
Upon arrival on the site, place the gateway first and ensure that it is transmitting the data to the web server. (E.g. by setting one sensor node in debugging mode).
Then start placing the sensor nodes. We recommend noting the position of the sensors on a floorplan.
