A little help - opening pcap in Grassmarlin

I'm having trouble getting any of these pcaps to open in grassmarlin. Any suggestions? It says: Unable to start import of ... Failed to initialize import routine. So far everyone I try says that. I'm also looking for a good suggestion similar to the look on this site where you have a lot of items to see.
