Please describe your feature-request in detail.

We’d like to customize the list of country dial codes shown in the phone number input field when using the Authenticator component in React Native, similar to how the dialCodeList prop works in the web version of Amplify UI.

Currently, the React Native Authenticator does not support this option, and there’s no way to restrict or customize the available country codes.

This feature is already available in the react web version of Amplify UI https://ui.docs.amplify.aws/react/connected-components/authenticator/customization#change-dial-code-list
