Add Cloudformation Support for Lease Templates

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
My Users need a prebuild stack of Cloudformation rolled out to a certain Lease Template. Another User needs a different Stack.

Describe the feature you'd like

When creating a Lease Template it should be possible to add a Cloudformation StackSet to the Template. So Users can enjoy or test prebuilt setups or even scenarios of micro services provided by other parts of the company and dispose them when not needed anymore.
