CloudWatch and Customize email

The information in email is not clear for all, so we would like to create a email friendly
We would like to see all alerts on grafana, so if we have all alerts from spoke concentrate on Hub cloud watch could be easy plugged on Grafana

Describe the feature you'd like
We would like 2 features
1 - We would like to use all alerts from spoke account on cloud watch in Hub account
2 - we need to customize the email receive from sns
