Support Slack Workflows

Quota Monitor currently supports standard Slack Webhooks. Please up-vote If you would like the ability to send notifications via Slack Workflows.

It would also be nice to implement webhooks for other integrations such as Atlassian Jira. This would give the ability to automate opening tickets etc when a quota is alerted on.
