removed samples => automatic connection kit doesn't work

Describe the bug

Commit 85d0ac4 removed the node/pub_sub. However, the automatic Connection Kit creation in AWS IoT -> Connect -> Connect One Device relies on the file to be existent in its start.sh script.

Expected Behavior

Connection Kit creation in AWS IoT works correctly.

Current Behavior

./start.sh

Run `npm audit` for details.
./start.sh: line 20: cd: samples/node/pub_sub: No such file or directory

Reproduction Steps

1. Download connection kit via AWS Console.
   Connection Kit creation in AWS IoT -> Connect -> Connect One Device
2. Unzip the archive
3. chmod +x start.sh
4. ./start.sh

Possible Solution

Restore the Samples removed in Commit 85d0ac4.

Thanks for reporting it. We have noticed the issue and is working on it.
As a quick workaround, please update the script to use samples/node/pub_sub_mqtt5 instead of samples/node/pub_sub.
