Description

Updated the version of BouncyCastle.Cryptography package dependency to version 2.6.2 in AWSSDK.Extensions.CloudFront.Signers and AWSSDK.Extensions.EC2.DecryptPassword packages.

Motivation and Context

We would be using the current latest version 2.6.2 of BouncyCastle.Cryptography package in one of the service packages. To ensure there are no conflicts, we need to update the version in these 2 extensions packages.

Testing

Dry-run DRY_RUN-695043b3-b4de-48e3-9056-e1bffb7d8702 completed successfully.
