Request to increase numpy dependency

Hi Team,

Most of the packages support numpy > 1.24, do you have a plan to upgrade to loosen the dependency?

Hi Team, I wanted to check if you got a chance to look at the request above, also sagemaker-tensorflow-training has dependency on sagemaker-training<=4.8.3,>=4.3.0, where as newest version is 5.0.
