`BehaviorVersion::v2025_08_07` not documented for `aws_config` version 1.8.5

Describe the issue

After I updated aws_config to 1.8.5, the use of BehaviorVersion::v2025_01_17() triggers the following warning.

warning: use of deprecated associated function `aws_config::BehaviorVersion::v2025_01_17`: Superseded by v2025_08_07, which enables automatic HTTP(S) proxy support from environment variables in the default HTTPS client.

However, v2025_08_07 is not documented.

It is in the latest version.

The runtime was updated but the version the SDK is pinned to is still one release behind. When you run cargo update though you will bring in semver compatible updates for transitive dependencies like the runtime crates.
