Bedrock Agents are dead / future of this repo?

Speaking with AWS Solutions architects, it seems like AWS is pivoting to Agent Core: https://aws.amazon.com/bedrock/agentcore/

I am assuming both this repository is not going to be receiving updates going forward?

To answer your question:

• We started migrating the Bedrock L2 constructs from this repository to the core CDK, in the following alpha package: https://github.com/aws/aws-cdk/tree/main/packages/%40aws-cdk/aws-bedrock-alpha . We added a note to the readme to mention this workstream
• We are also working on AgentCore L2 constructs, which will be directly released as an alpha package: see Bedrock AgentCore L2 alpha package aws/aws-cdk-rfcs#785
• We will keep this repository alive as there could be potential constructs which are not a good fit for the CDK, and we have other constructs in here (SageMaker constructs,...)
