Collab page missing dataset in "managed by" group

The STScI collab page is missing the entry for PanSTARRS. PanSTARRS does show up when searching for datasets managed by STScI, so it appears to be properly tagged.

Have I missed an additional tag in the YAML file to make this show up on the collab page? Or is this handled manually on the AWS side?

This is a manual change that must be done on the AWS side (for now). We will get to this as soon as we're able.
