Enhancement: Add custom test naming #513
Description
It would be handy to be able to (pre/ap)pend a string to the names used for the CaaS test appliances to and more entropy. Currently they have a format:
test-bb36z
We'd like to be able to add to the name so it becomes:
additionaltext-test-bb36z
or
test-bb36z-additionaltext
This would support determination if the test was being run automatically, or if it was being executed by a user.
