Following B-cubed talks from Living Data 2025 yesterday, I am testing our method to rapidly push code into Galaxy Ecology platform through Jupyter Notebook to test creating B3verse related Galaxy workflows.
Trying with B3data, I encounter some differences with the guide so I propose an update.
