[Co-staking] - Implement form prefilling for `co-staking` in `baby` route from various entry points

Enable BABY staking form to be prefilled with the required amount when accessed from co-staking CTAs.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Form prefills when accessed from co-staking modal CTA [Co-staking] - Implement modal for co-staking rewards notification after BTC staking #231
• Form prefills when accessed from global banner [Co-staking] - Add persistent notification banner for co-staking eligibility #232
• Form prefills when accessed from rewards page [Co-staking] - Add claim and co-stake CTA buttons to rewards page #234
• Form prefills when clicked via the "text" link from co-staking section in baby page [Co-staking] - Implement boost notification section on BABY staking page #236
• Prefilled amount is editable by user

Technical Notes:

• Update BABY staking form to check for amount parameter
• Ensure amount validation still occurs
