Form Submission is not showing the thank page within the site when using reCaptcha on first page

I have two pages, in first page placed firstname, lastname, email address, recaptcha aand button.
when click on button the data is saving and its not going to thank you page, its on the same page and getting fired reCaptcha validations

reproduce

1. add two pages
2. in first page add firstname, lastname, recaptcha and button with actions "Show Form Page" and select the thank page
3. add the this form to any page and try to submit the form, now observe the issue
4. its not showing the page, its on same page
