Duplicate checker/linter for .bib

We need to check for duplicate entries.

Idea

• GitHub Action (like a linter) that screams when duplicates are present
• Check whether any title is duplicated
• Use a flag like awesome-disable-duplicate-checker to exclude entries from duplicate checking
