Just a question, we would like to start using it but development of this plugin seems to be no longer active.

I hope some of the original builders can react to this :)

Hey guys, I'm not owner or contributor, but here https://github.com/bdecentgmbh/moodle-mod_pulse/tree/v2.1 you can see here that the owner actively worked on a new version last month.
