New Cmdlet: Add-MissingBindingRedirect #32
Description
Sync-BindingRedirect is helpful when things get out of sync, but when an assembly is updated that didn't previously have a binding redirect, it doesn't help. It would be nice to have a command to add binding redirects for any strong-named assemblies in the bin folder.
