How to write the questions/steps #1

Ok here is the problem. I want to ask questions about some points, or display the results of a command, but only when the student click or hover on a link/button area...
I have 2 ways in mind right now:
- wiki in github: easy to write, quick to see the result, I do not need to host it anywhere by myself. The solutions would be on a separate page and the end of each topic or question.
- beamer document: the result is a pdf, If the network is flaky at Campus party it will be a life saver. I can easily hide parts of a slide and show it on the next page, below the existing text. Pb: it takes a bit longer to right and may not be that easy to read, the format being preset for full-screen viewing.
Any other idea?
In the mean time I have started a wiki, to put my ideas in a readable state.
