Add Firebase UI Authentication

**Summary**
Users need to be able to login, to do this, authentication needs to be built. Firebase UI is a nice prebuilt thing.

**Implementation Details**
Get firebase ui working with angular such that the user can sign in and the callback logs for successful and non successful signins.
