Unable to paste files except images from print screen or clipboard

Hi,
  I am not able to copy and paste files (*.txt, *.pdf, *.jpg and etc...) from local disk, but it is ok if i print screen and paste.
  I followed the instructions from readme, still the same.
  Please help.
