I'm currently trying to create a Dockerfile / compose files for the boilerplate project.
However, I'm unable to make a version that works.

Maybe a suggestion would be to provide one for the boilerplate template ?

In order to have the best possible docker support in dev/prod environments, we've added:
1- Visual Studio Code Dev Container Support
2- Visual Studio SDK Style Docker Support
3- Added ASP.NET Core Aspire support which can generate Docker Compose and a lot more quiet easily

I think we're good right now with this level of Docker support and I'd recommend you start using aspire instead of wasting your time manually writing docker compose file.
