Cannot scroll back up in a note on Android mobile Chrome

Description:
When using Blinko on an Android device with Chrome (mobile site, not the app), there is a scrolling issue inside notes.
If I scroll down within a note, I cannot scroll back up again. The page appears to be "locked" once I reach the bottom.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open Blinko in Chrome on Android (mobile view).

2. Open any note with enough content to allow scrolling.

3. Scroll down to the bottom of the note.

4. Try to scroll back up → scrolling does not work.

Expected Behavior:
I should be able to scroll freely up and down inside a note.

Actual Behavior:
Once I scroll down, I cannot scroll back up anymore.

Environment:

Device: Android (please specify your phone model, e.g. Samsung Galaxy / Pixel / etc.)

Browser: Chrome (latest version)

Blinko version: (please specify the Docker image tag or commit if possible)

Additional Context:
Happens consistently in mobile web mode. Issue not present on desktop browser.
