[Request] Make host param required. #11
Description
Just a thought, would it make more sense to make the host param required, rather than it being optional and defaulting to localhost? It was pretty easy, for me at least, to overlook the fact that I had never set the param once I tried to host my app online.
Additionally, it might also make sense to take the protocol in the same param, rather than decide it based on whether the host is localhost.
