Data sets required for the exercises are available here: gene expression data. The covered species are Arabidopsis thaliana, Medicago truncatula, Musa acuminata, and Solanum lycopersicum. The quantification of gene expression was performed with kallisto based on the annotation distributed by Phytozome.
