Hook processing takes so long for my app

I have multiple python files, now when I try to generate .exe using auto-py-to-exe. The first run takes seconds to be finished. The second run and after it takes >2 hours to be finished. Why? What can I do to make exe professionally?

This is the same repo as the one you opened #528 in - my recommendation is still to reach out to the pyinstaller team.
