Missing permissions required by BluetoothAdapter.disable: android.permission.BLUETOOTH_CONNECT [MissingPermission]

Hello,

When I run the ./gradlew build command I get the following error:

Error: Missing permissions required by BluetoothAdapter.disable: android.permission.BLUETOOTH_CONNECT [MissingPermission] bluetoothAdapter.disable(); ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

For the command to succeed I add :
@SuppressLint("MissingPermission")

Would it be possible to have the permissions check or the suppressLint in the next release?

In react native 0.74 Kotlin version where to add this line?
@SuppressLint("MissingPermission")
