feat(web): add support for web

This plugins does not work on web. at-least you guys can put a simple ui; or if you want me to contribute i can replicate the same liquid glass for web.

I m using your package only for ios >= 26 which has liquid glass, for android, ios [< 26] and web i designed a similar nav with gummy effects!
