Missing silences #160

Feature Request: Query Silences
We would like to propose the implementation of a new feature: the ability to query silences (not only the alerts).
Currently, the only available option is the "silenced" toggle, which retrieves all silenced alerts. However, this is insufficient for our use cases, as we aim to implement a dashboard displaying all current silences along with the related information, such as the comment field and created by details.
